House is on a quiet culdesac in East Nashville. 1 mile from 5 points, 1/2 mile to Shelby Park, 1.5 miles to downtown. I am leaving town for 4 months in Jan. and will rent my home as is. The second bedroom will be usable for storage or a temporary guest room, but I will still have some things in it. For a little higher rent I would consider moving it all out. House is clean, comfortable, great neighbors, great location. It has internet but no TV. Renter pays all utilities. Gas and water tend to be $15-20 per utility each month. Electric may be close to $90 in the coldest months but as low as $40 in the spring. Internet is $60.
