This house is the center piece of the village of Baltimore, the largest village in Fairfield county Ohio. We bought this house not to flip or live in but simply to save and attempt to restore it to it's former glory. The house is too big for my wife and I. We haven't completely finished the restoration but have gotten to the point where we believe the new owners may want to make some of the final choices. All new plumbing, electric and modern heating and cooling on all levels. The tile roof has been completely restored to modern specifications. Restoration continues, the price will continue to evolve.
