This property is on a very quiet street that is a five-minute walk to a very busy street (Foster Road). There is a K-5 school and playground a block away and several other parks and playgrounds within a 15 minute walk. Foster Road has several coffee shops, bars, and eateries, and is a short drive or bus ride from the Woodstock, Division, or Hawthorne neighborhoods. Downtown Portland is a 20 minute drive in rush hour, 15 without traffic, a 40 minute bus ride, or however long it takes you to bike about 6 miles (there's a good bike route downtown via SE Clinton). Our neighbors are a range of ages and backgrounds. An ideal renter would be someone who respects the property and their neighbors.
