The Villages of Avalon is a gated community within the Palm Aire Country Club. This is the doral model with over 1800 sq. ft. It has 2 bedrooms separate dining room, great room and large kitchen with new granite counter tops and a dining area overlooking the large lake. The second bedroom is used as an office and has a Murphy Bed. The outdoor open lanai has an awning for shade and is a wonderful area for dining, reading or just to enjoy the wildlife. Palm Aire Country Club is a private club and membership is not mandatory, although there are many different types of affordable membership.
