We are looking for new tenants for our large 3 bedroom,1.5 bath single family house. There are hardwood floors in the living room. Vinyl flooring in the dining room and kitchen. Lots of natural night. Half bathroom off the kitchen Large 3 season porch off of the living room. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor along with a large bathroom and laundry room. There is a 2nd 3 season porch on the 2nd floor as well. Tenants get use of 1/2 of the garage (2 stalls), Tenants are responsible for all utilities at the rental as well as snow removal and mowing the grass. Our lease terms are 12 months leases, no smoking in the units, we do not allow pets in our rentals.
