Entertain yourself and others all seasons of the year from fishing in the summer and winter to hiking on the many close by trails. Close to many fine resturants and 7 minutes from the freeway. There is a pier that goes with the rent and you could tie your boat to the pier for an additional fee during the summer months. Laundry is negotiable. No pets and No smoking. Security Dep. is $1500.
