    Large bedroom (15' x 9') available in a 2 bed / 1 bath flat. Fits a queen size bed comfortably. Comes with a small closet with plenty of rack space, as well as a window unit AC. Common areas are lightly furnished, but there is still plenty of space for more furniture if you have it! The bathroom is shared and located between the two bedrooms. Amenities include a dishwasher, w/d in unit, and a backyard patio. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment with SS appliances in the kitchen. Looking for one year lease starting September 1st; however, it is available to move in sooner if you would like to move in earlier. First month's rent and application fee ($1,145 + $75, respectively) will be collected when you turn in the application. The landlord is willing to waive the application fee if you are able to provide your own credit report. Once these are collected, we will not send out any offers or consider additional applicants until yours is processed. The first month of rent can be returned if the background check fails, but if it passes it will serve as September's rent. Once you have been approved for the background check, a security deposit of $1048 will be collected. Sorry, no dogs are allowed, and no smoking.

    I work on site in the mornings and afternoons during the week, so I am out during that part of the day. I try to go to bed early as I get up pretty early in the morning (around 5am). I enjoy reading, playing video and board games, and cooking.
