Excellent recently renovated house in up-and-coming neighborhood. Lots of space. Next to beautifully rebuilt school. 4 bedrooms, plus den, dining room and massive living room. Everything is modern. Neighborhood Description Rapidly renovating and improving. The neighborhood is gentrifying, but with very diverse, mostly young professionals coming into the area. This area is one of only three zip codes in the Washington area that grew in double digits in 2006, and there are huge investments planned by the city over the next several years. I love this area and I expect that I will love it more in the future!
