The rental rate includes all utilities, even wi-fi and smart tv. You are welcome to use the free washer and dryer in the basement (there are 2 sets, both are new). ESA and service animals are welcome with the appropriate documentation. Pets are welcome for a non-refundable, $450 fee. There is a non-refundable, $45 Rental Application. Flexible lease terms! For stays between 180 - 364 days, there is a security deposit in the amount of half of the monthly rent, which is due at time of lease signing. For stays 365 days or more, there is a security deposit in the amount of one full month of rent, which is due at time of lease signing. A minimum of a 1 month lease is required.
