Private, one-car garage available for $210/month, perfect for gearheads or motorcycle owners. Garage is 12x22' and can fit most any vehicle. Parking without the garage is $50/month. I can move most anytime, so let's chat about dates. You'll be responsible for the lease until it ends on September 15, 2018. You will owe a $200 lease transfer fee and $50 application fee to the leasing office. The $200 fee will be refunded at move-out. Lease runs through September 15, 2018. Private, one-car garage is optional for $210/month.
