Now leasing for the 2025/2026 school year. This is a group rental for UW students only. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 very large bedrooms on the main floor, and 4 bedrooms in the basement. Many of these bedrooms are large enough to be shared. There are 4 bathrooms in the house, all with a shower or shower/tub: 2 are on the upper floor, 1 is on the main floor, and 1 is in the basement. There is a kitchen on the main level and another one in the basement. A laundry room and extra storage are in the basement. In addition to the private bedrooms, the house has a large family room that is furnished. There is a large eating area in the kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Also, there is a secure, private deck in the backyard. At no additional charge, we will take care of the landscaping and will have a professional cleaner come to the house once a month to clean all common areas (not bedrooms). Parking: There are 2 (3 small cars) parking spots behind the house. Tenants may also apply for street parking permits through the City of Seattle. The garage is not included in the lease.
