There is a pet deposit of $100 and a $50/per month pet rent. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Quiet hours are observed after 9pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed. BEDROOM This light and open loft has a one-bedroom loft that features a king-size bed. There is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin rollaway bed in the upstairs loft closet. There are also Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families. Pet amenities are provided for your fur friend. BATHROOM The condo is equipped with a full bathroom featuring a stand-up shower and plenty of cabinet space. KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals. The well equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for three are available at the island bar. If you're traveling with youngsters, there is a highchair in addition to children's bowls and utensils. Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with a comfortable sofa (which can convert into sofa bed at night) and chair, a flatscreen TV, and a collection of games and toys for your entertainment. Keep in mind that this is a condo unit. There are other units next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 9pm. The 45-acre Civic Center park is a few blocks away with walking/running trails, a new playground, gym, ice skating rink, pool, skate park, and more.
