Water is covered in this price! 6 month lease minimum, price is somewhat negotiable. 1 year old Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in unit. Easy street parking in the area. (I have never seen parking attendants survey the area, although you can purchase a permit for $50 from the city) Need to rent the unit out because of a new role in New York. With the rental you will also have access to the ground floor gym and backyard lounge area! Completely quiet community, majority of the residents are condo owners. Several schools within a couple minute walk and a grocery store just a stone's throw away. Furnishing includes: Both incredibly comfortable couches, barstools, white coffee table and chairs, tv stand, table in front of tv, most of the pictures hung on the wall, and end table next to couch. (Bed is not included). Owner pays for electric ($40) per month. Water is included in the $1,600 figure. Security deposit of $800 required. Would like to chat with the person before moving forward.
