Master bedroom has private access to its full bathroom with tub and has a walk-in closet and a secondary closet. The second bedroom has hallway access to its full bathroom with tub and has 2 closets with overhead storage above the closets. Hot water for the unit is supplied by a central boiler so I've never run out of hot water. Heating for the unit is with baseboard heaters supplied by the central boiler as well. Cooling is done with an evaporative cooler with turn on/off dates managed by the HOA. Stacked full-sized wash and dryer in unit. Have multiple vehicles and need parking? This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot, 1 guest parking tag, and up to 2 city parking tags per person for on-street parking (up to 6 total vehicles).
