This is a beautifully and tastefully remodeled mid-century modern style condo for young families. It is walking distance to the communal swimming pool, as if the pool is privately owned to you in your backyard. The patio is designed with wood flooring, and is a very loved space for barbecue and outdoor dining. Surrounded by beautiful redwood trees, the house is resistant to heat in summer and warm in winter. We do have heater for winter but no AC for summer, although we rarely found ourselves in need of an AC - if you are sensitive to heat, a portable AC is always an easy addition. The lighting of the condo was consciously designed and the room looks like a beautiful gallery and a tasteful place for gathering. The semi-open floor plan allows maximized space efficiency. It can easily be a space for family quality time or friend gathering. The kitchen is not the biggest you could find, but the chef in our family makes daily meals out of it from Chinese cuisine to freshly made pasta. It is very convenient to use and can easily suffice your daily needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. Many larger condos/single family houses we visited do not even have the sizes of bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo also has reasonable storage between the hallway storage space, the closet storage spaces, and the external storage space. To be completely honest, it is not our favorite thing that there is no in unit washer and dryer, but we have quickly adapted to the communal laundry routine and appreciated the convenience of large load laundry. In general, this beautiful condo has created amazing memory for our family and friends and we would not have traded it for any other places to start our family.
