Hi! I have a very spacious studio apartment to sublet in the Regents Park building in Hyde Park. I'm moving out of state, so I need someone to take the rest of my lease asap. My preferred move-out date is November 1, but I'm very flexible so just tell me when you're looking to move in, and we can work something out! My lease is up in May 2018, and at that time it will be up to you if you want to renew. Please note this is an official sublet/lease takeover, so if you're interested, you'll fill out an application, get your background checked, etc. (the normal process!) with my building. I'm not sure about a security deposit because I did not have to pay one because I'm affiliated with the University. Regents is a quiet, lovely building extremely close to the University of Chicago campus. All the city buses including the campus 172 bus stop right outside -- plus Regents is UofC shuttle stop (so no worries about coming home from campus late)! The Metra is a block away as well. I'm on the 20th floor looking south over the lake. Bonus -- I am not taking my furniture with me when I move, so I am willing to give you my furniture for Free. Anything you see is yours, just tell me; the rest I'm tossing.
