The kitchen is open to the dining room. The huge master bedroom is privately situated away down a hallway from the rest of the apartment. It has 2 closets and its own full bathroom with a large shower and great water pressure. The other two bedrooms are located off the living room. They are both good sizes and have full closets as well. The second bathroom is located outside of the two bedrooms and a hallway closet. Laundry is located in the basement. There is a corner store and another laundry store located on the first floor/basement of the apartment. Very nice neighborhood with a gas station across the street, Produce Junction down the block and Belmont Plateau a 10 minute walk away! Animals are allowed with only a $25 pet rent each month (for both our cat and dog together). Uploading more pictures soon....... The lease date is flexible and we are able to work with you on a good time to move in. We would like to move sometime between now and August for the next school year. You would be taking over our lease which ends January 31, 2021. At that time you can do a month to month lease or another year lease. The property management/owner is Woodward Properties. They pay for heat and water. You will be responsible for electricity, only. Trash is in the back where there is private parking for the apartment complex. There is also street parking in the front. Maintenance has been great and fast for any issues we have had.
