The unit has a galley-style kitchen, full bathroom, sitting area, and separate bedroom with a closet. The unit gets plenty of light from full-sized windows in sitting room and bedroom. It is updated with recessed lighting, exposed brick, granite countertops in the kitchen, travertine tile in the bathroom, and a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. Monthly rent includes water and a remotely monitored security system (the basement has its own security code and is monitored separately from the upstairs unit).
