Enjoy views of the bayside canal and boats with epic sunsets from the living room or pier. Just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk too! This is the perfect cozy place to come home to after a day adventuring in Ocean City. Take a hot shower and relax on the couch, futon, or king size bed in the air conditioning. Beach style living done right! All utilities included in monthly rent with the exception of electric- tenant gets an allowance up to $100 anything over that is the responsibility of the tent, one parking space provided with a parking pass, no smoking, no pets. 6 month lease with the option for longer term if we both feel it is a good fit. Security deposit of $2000, $1800 will be returned upon end of lease $200 kept for cleaning. Property comes fully furnished including dishes, towels, bedding, utensils, keurig, tv, pots/pans, all in one washer and dryer, and all furniture imaged.
