Large pet-friendly back yard, new roof and exterior paint, off street parking. Beautiful park directly across street. Nice and bright kitchen with tile flooring. We allow pets on an interview basis only, but do not charge "pet rent". If your pet can't get a job, why would we charge it rent? We are happy to rent to responsible pet owners. Upon approval and agreement, we charge 1st months rent and deposit. Asking first, last, AND deposit is just unreasonable to ask a family to come up with. Please do not disturb tenants.
