We provide many amenities to ensure comfort and convenience, including central AC, charging stations in every room, high-speed wifi, and fresh sheets and towels. Read below for a detailed description of each room. Living room: The living room is spacious with ample seating and a Smart TV with plenty of streaming apps and live YouTube TV. The room points to a large window that drenches the room in sunlight. Kitchen: Recently renovated, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials. At the coffee bar, you'll find coffee, tea, and sugar to start your morning. Additionally, there is a seating area with four barstools overlooking the living room. Bedrooms: The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, large dresser, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and bunk beds, allowing sleeping space for four people. Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower and tub with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, you'll find Q-Tips and cotton pads in the top drawer. Back den: Right off the kitchen, the back den is a bonus area with a dining room table and cozy day bed. The day bed sleeps two people but can also be used as an additional spot to lounge or read a book. Backyard: The large fenced-in backyard has a deck, propane grill, fire pit, and an outdoor shower. There are several Adirondack chairs and plenty of outdoor furniture for lounging and enjoying an outdoor meal. WINTER ONLY! Tenant responsible for all utilities.
