This is for only 1 person. We have a room for rent in a long-term stay motel in downtown Montebello. It is near Whittier Blvd. & 5th Street, and is on the 2nd floor with access by stairs. There are a total of 17 single person rooms along with 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms that everyone shares. This lease is for 1 year. Anyone interested must complete an application and we do run credit reports. In order to qualify, you will need to provide proof that your monthly income is $1,280 or higher and credit scores of 645 or higher. We do NOT allow Co-Signers. The utilities are included with the rent, only street parking is available, no pets allowed, and no smoking inside.
