Comes furnished with stove/range so you'll only need to furnish a refrigerator (refrigerator there can be included but will not be covered under appliance warranty). Bathroom and closet overlook the backyard space. Shared parking area is tucked in backyard, free street parking is also available. Backyard is open and you'll love the small patio area at the top of the stairs, pets are considered with prior approval, monthly pet rent and additional deposit. Flat rate water utility, you pay electric. Pets are welcome upon approval and completed pet screening through (breed restrictions apply). Additional pet deposit of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet is required. All applicants must complete a pet screening report regardless of ESA, service animals, household pets or having no pets.
