Laundromat is right down the block, and the A train is around the corner for easy access to Manhattan if needed. Also we're surrounded by plenty of grocery stores for food and shopping needs. We want someone looking to stay long term and is a hard working individual who can provide 3 consecutive pay stubs. Also someone that's CLEAN, RESPECTFUL and PAYS ON TIME (Lateness Will Not Be Tolerated At All). The room comes fully furnished with a personal refrigerator and a balcony. You have to pay first and last weeks rent to move in which is in total $600, and then it's $300 every Friday there after. This is a single person room only no couples, and no pets. Guest are only allowed 2 nights out of one full calendar week and are not under any circumstances to be given a set of keys. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of stay.
