Lots of natural light, main floor primary with full bath and view, custom built-in cabinetry, propane fireplace, wood floors, spacious whole second floor loft/office with full bath, attached garage parking (1), additional outside parking (1), and unfinished basement for home shop or storage. No trailers or motor homes. Property is non-smoking and being rented unfurnished. Minimum annual (12 month) lease terms. Last month rent paid in advance is required. Paid at occupancy is preferred, or over first 3 months is ok. Tenant is responsible for all utilities; Electric, Propane, Water, Garbage, Internet and/or Cable. Tenant responsible to keep porches and patio areas clean. Landlord responsible for all other lawn/exterior grounds upkeep. One (1) small dog less than 40# is allowed. No dangerous breeds accepted, detail available on request. A separate pet agreement is required which will include a $400.00 non-refundable pet fee. The application process is two steps to avoid unnecessary cost to prospective tenants.
