I live in the other duplex with a roommate and a dog (pet friendly), and you would not be responsible for mowing or snow removal. The basement has been refinished since the flood, and the units are completely separate - own utility meters and own washer and dryer. You would be responsible for utilities. Ideally looking for responsible, older students, young/small families, or anyone else interested in being walking distance from campus. Section 8 vouchers will not be accepted. We are looking to sign a 6 month lease with, ideally, someone who is interested in signing a 1 year lease afterwards.
