    What's special

    Live comfortably (dare I say luxuriously) in a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the nicest place in Mt. Vernon. The building is extremely safe and loaded with amenities, including a pool, fitness center, beautiful and ample common space, and so much more. The apartment is very spacious and has 14' ceilings with huge windows, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel kitchen appliances, brushed nickel finishes, hardwood floors, and plenty of closet and storage space. It is a large one bedroom with a 23'6" x 13'2" kitchen and living room space, a 12'2" x 11'6" bedroom, a 12'2 x 4'10" walk-in closet with a stacked washer and dryer, and a big and nice bathroom. For scale, the bed in the photo is a queen and the windows are 70" x 80". I have loved living in this apartment and neighborhood and would have stayed much longer, but I have to move for work. My move date is flexible and I will do my best to accommodate your preferred move-in day. I can also provide more photos and would be happy to schedule a time to show you the apartment and building. You are right in the middle of all that Mt Vernon has to offer. Tons of nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. You have Mount Vernon Marketplace (mtvernonmarketplace.com), which offers a huge range of really good food options and has several bars, on the first floor of the building, and Ceremony Coffee, an independent upscale coffee shop, and a yoga studio on your block. Loads of great places to study or do work in the building and more are just steps away. The building is also convenient to the Inner Harbor and to major institutions like the University of Maryland hospital and professional schools, the University of Baltimore, and Johns Hopkins University's Peabody Institute. Parking: Available on the street, reserved parking is available in the lot right behind the building for $110/mo, or garage parking in the building is available for $160/mo. Furnishings: If you need a furnished apartment, we can talk about what items I can leave behind so you don't need to buy all new stuff, though my preference is to lease it unfurnished. Commuting: The location of the building has a Walk Score of 99 and a Transit Score of 89. So much of the city is walkable from here and it is in very close proximity to public transit, including JHU and UMMC shuttle stops, the free Charm City Circulator, the light rail stop is just one block away, and it is on a street with bike lanes. Pets: The building is very pet-friendly and has a dog run, dog wash station, and multiple elevators. There is a one-time $250 pet registration fee and $25/mo rent for pets.
