The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a television and a generous closet, including plenty of clothes hangers and an iron and ironing board. Furnishings may vary slightly from photographs as they are periodically updated. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a double sink, complemented by a heated marble floor. Included in the amenity package are Nest products and detergents. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
