A 7-day pass to Charlotte's biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is available for $50. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Stroll through historic Myers Park and enjoy the wide sidewalks and towering trees. This centrally located apartment is near attractions like Freedom Park and the Charlotte Museum of History. A coffee shop, multiple restaurants (including Ethiopian, Thai, casual and fine Italian, etc.), and shopping are a half mile away. Spring through fall, a farmers market is open around the corner, and a greenway offers a convenient connection to Freedom Park, Dilworth, and Carolinas Medical Center. The streetcar to Uptown is a 10-minute walk away. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the home or building. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. Includes a desk, monitor, and keyboard on a dedicated workstation.
