Looking for someone (or two people) to sublease my 2 bed 1 bath upper apartment from late January/beginning of February - end of May. The location of this apartment could not be better, as walking in one of three directions for ~10 minutes brings you to either Carson Park, Water Street, or downtown. The fourth direction goes towards Mayo. Rent is 1000 a month, or 500 per bedroom, and included utilities are water, heat, lawn care, and trash. You only pay electric. The rental agency is EDJ Rentals, and they have been amazing with maintenance, always showing up almost immediately when we need something fixed.
