This is a 2015 custom build Jacobsen Imperial park model home in a soon to be 5+ star park with a 37 X 12 addition. This addition is living space (not a Florida room or porch.) The park model was ordered with a 25 year shingled roof, R-30 insulation in the roof, R-19 insulation in the taped and textured walls, Tile trim on the counters and extended height cabinets. The addition is also custom built with 2X8 floor joists and 2X6 wall studs all on 16"centers. R-23 sound deadening insulation was used in all walls, roof and floor. 5/8 fire check taped and textured drywall was used throughout the addition and double pane windows are installed throughout the home. A new 40 gallon electric water heater was also installed to replace the 20 gallon that came with the home. Parking for two vehicles that could be covered and a rear patio could be screened. All work was professionally done and all permits and inspections are on file.
