This is a large historic 7 bedroom house shared by college students and young professionals. This is NOT a party house. Bedrooms are rented individually. Shared spaces include 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining, laundry and 2.5 bathrooms. Common areas are fully furnished, including kitchenware. Kitchen has two shared refrigerators. All bathrooms have been remodeled in the past few years. Street parking is generally easy to find in front. Renters must adhere to house rules, including weekly chores to keep the house clean. Only 5 easy blocks to University of Portland. The owner has a small dog living at the house. Tenants' pets are not allowed.
