Additional facts: * New roof 2020 (chimney removed). * Though the chimney was removed, the fireplace is still present, but it's not safe to use, for obvious reasons. I was planning to drywall over it. * Every room has AC, and the front addition also has a "window" unit. Purchased in 2018 with the hopes of remodelling, but it didn't work out, obviously. The house is a mess, but I did manage to finish the inside of the utility room, which was by far the ugliest room in the house (now that honor belongs to the bathroom).
