Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. Parking is available with 2 spots in the garage, 2 additional spots in the driveway, and plenty of street parking in the residential neighborhood. This property is just 2-3 miles away from the heart of Pacific Beach, a relaxed neighborhood by the beach popular with sunbathers, surfers, locals, and vacationers alike. Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. For your safety, there are ring cameras at the front door and 3 ring cameras facing out in the front yard. No pets are allowed without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave the pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
