Will work with tenants on deposit to pay out over 3 months at $500 per month. Renter is expected to replace ac/ filter monthly. Renter must mow and maintain yard. Renter is expected to report repair needs to landlord immediately when noticed. No smoking inside home period. Tenant must immediately mop up spills and clean pet and body fluids from hardwood floors or pay $1000 to refinish.
