We are an easy walking distance of St. Andrews Park, less that a half mile, and next door to Schooners, the Last Local Beach Club on Panama City Beach. Seychelles 405 has a 3 year old Coastal 2 Ton Heat Pump, a recently changed hot water heater and pressure regulator.
