Our home welcomes you with a spacious and furnished front porch, perfect for relaxing and listening to the seagulls and ocean waves. You can spot a peek of the ocean from the deck as well. When you enter the home, you will find an open floor plan complete with a living room, dining space and renovated, fully stocked kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the washer and dryer. Our home boasts 3 bedrooms with 5 total beds that can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The home has a full bathroom with a shower/tub off the hallway and a full bathroom with a walk in shower off the primary bedroom. Bedroom 1: Two twin beds Bedroom 2: Full over Full bunk bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with full bathroom **Amenities: board games, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach tags and outdoor storage for your additional beach gear. WINTER RENTAL - October 1st - April 30th. May available to be added to lease for $2500 plus utilities, June can be added to lease for $12,000 plus utilities. Renter is responsible for all utilities, it means they are obligated to pay for all the utility services for the rental property, including electricity, gas, water, sewage.
