This is a main floor unit with 1-2 steps leading up to it, and one additional step inside. There is off street parking off the alley which is very close to the front door of this apartment since it sit near the back of the tri-plex it is in. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
