With immaculate hardwood floors and original woodwork throughout, this lovingly restored and well-maintained home is a true masterpiece. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Each room has been thoughtfully designed and prepared for your comfort and enjoyment. Upon your arrival, you'll be met by a grassy front yard and a generous front porch adorned with a cushioned bench. The small reading deck adjacent to the stairwell provides the perfect retreat for starting your day with a cup of coffee and a captivating book. Credit & reporting: A minimum credit score of 750 is required to rent. On time payments will happily be reported to credit agencies. lease term: 9 months is a minimum. I'm avoiding a turnover in the middle of winter. Fire pit & grill: If you plan on using the fire pit, or grill, please refer to the posted instructions, local restrictions and safety guidelines. You can find these in the house manual. After each use, please ensure that the grill is completely turned off and the fire pit flames are fully extinguished. Sauna: For safety and liability purposes, the sauna is locked. To access it, you will need to scan a QR code to sign a liability waiver. Once it is signed, you will automatically be provided with the code to unlock the sauna. Utilities: Rent shown is for covering your own utilities. If you want covered utilities, I can handle that for you but rent will raise by $300 (utilities are usually around $300). Months where the utility bill is over $300, the difference will be billed to the guest. (ie a $356 bill will add $56 to rent for the month). Maintenance and repairs: the first $50 of a repair will be covered by the guest. Yard-work: Automatic sprinklers are installed and yard-care is assumed by guest (for example, must mow lawn in summer for grass health so it doesn't grow to seed). Cost of restoring lawn will be deducted from deposit at end of lease. We welcome dogs that qualify! Pets: dogs on approval with more information. Before applying, please message us to confirm whether your dog qualifies. Please note that any damage caused by dogs will result in a loss of deposit, and there is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. We welcome both you and your pups under these terms! Apologies but we cannot host feline guests. Other types of pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The upstairs master bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, a chaise lounge for lounging. Playroom Upstairs Get ready for some fun and games in our "playroom" for guests located just off the 4th bedroom/kitchen! Stock with some toys and activities to keep little ones entertained! Kitchen From the full fridge, a 2 burner range, stainless steel convection oven, to the microwave, and toaster, and plenty of storage, you'll have everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. It is a warm and inviting space that's fully equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meals and snacks. And if you're an early bird, be sure to take advantage of the sunny breakfast nook for a quiet cup of coffee as you wake up. Separate Kitchenette upstairs is limited to 1 high voltage appliance use at a time w/ 110v circuit before breaker pops and needs to be reset. Full Bathroom If you're looking for a little extra luxury, you'll love the full-sized tub and shower with a rainfall showerhead and hair dryer that we've provided for your use. Enjoy the Great Outdoors: Hammocks, Sauna, and More The property boasts numerous areas for soaking up the rejuvenating fresh air and sunshine. At the back of the house, you'll find a spacious deck area that steps down to a flagstone patio complete with a large grill, outdoor dining set, and patio umbrella.
