Please note: The mailbox is shared by both the studio and bungalow tenants. This charming 1930s bungalow is one of two smoke-free/pet-free rentals on the property. There is a studio rental tucked behind the main house which is not visible from the street. Parking options include a backyard off-street pad, as well as free street parking in front of the house. Minimum of one month stays accepted. All utilities are included, along with yard service and pest control.
