The house is the upstairs of a mixed use building. It features 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 shared bathroom, and 2 ensuite). The kitchen/dining room has 2 refrigerators, a new dishwasher, ample shelves and storage. There is also a living room, bonus/reading room, and laundry room with new dryer & washing machine. There is a backyard with a small garden, a fire pit, and ample space for activity. Off-street parking available in the building's lot. Other building tenants include a non-profit coffee shop, music academy, yoga and massage practitioner, and therapist office. In the past, we've treated the space as an intentional community building house for people as they transition from college to career and/or early 20s, and we're open to starting that up again, but we'd need to have a core group of 3-4 would would be willing to start it, and then we can search for another 3-4 individuals who could fill it out. Many food options (great food carts!) in the area and Trader Joe's is less than a mile away. 12 month lease at $4950. First month rent and $4950 security deposit due at the start of the lease. Utilities are charged by the number of tenants to reflect consumption - average has been about $80/month per person. Parking available for tenants only in off-street building lot. Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in rooms and common areas in the rented space and taking out garbage for collection. Pets are allowed with an additional pet cleaning fee and pet damage deposit
