Our space is a beautiful and airy 1,200 square foot luxury one bedroom and two bath condo. Space is ideal for long term stays and snow birds! Kitchen is stocked with all kitchen essentials. OUR CONDO CAN BE RENTED FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED if renting for 12 months. Enjoy one assigned covered parking spot. Overflow uncovered parking available. Gate access to the shopping center that is to the east of our building. Shopping center has a grocery store, upscale restaurants, and salons. We love pets, but only support and emotional support animals are allowed in our condo community due to HOA. We are open to renting our condo on a MONTH TO MONTH BASIS OR A YEAR TERM. We are flexible. Our condo can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Emotional support and support animals are allowed. (We love pets, but our HOA only allows these types of animals.) We charge a $150 cleaning fee.
