It comes with one assigned parking right next to the stairs of the building, and you can get an additional guest pass to park a second car on the property overnight. There are also additional unrestricted parking spots on the street close to the back gate. The community asks for a one-time move-in fee which they use to list your name/number on the call box. When someone pulls up, they can look your name up/call your number so that you can open the phone from your phone/cell.
