Hi all, We're renting out the top flat in our 3 unit building in Hayes Valley. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath + and office (or could be used as a small bedroom/guest room etc.) and was renovated in 2017. The unit features new flooring throughout, updated fixtures, and new counter tops and tiling in the kitchen and bath. The primary bedroom features two massive closets with ELFA closet systems built in and the living room has great views of downtown through the bay windows (especially at night). A 2 block walk to all the Hayes Valley has to offer in terms of restaurants/shopping/bars etc. The unit comes with the parking space in the secure street level garage. The w/d are inside the garage and shared with the other two flats. The unit also has access to the shared backyard. Apartment is available without parking for $4500. We've just moved out of the unit and have done a quick clean to get some pictures up and on craigslist. We're able to show it but will be: - Patching/Painting holes in walls - Making some minor repairs - Adding in some missing trim pieces - Painting some window frames and closet doors and finally having professional cleaners give the place a complete cleaning before it's officially ready to be rented. (i.e. will be ready early Oct. but we can move quicker or slower as needed) Lastly, we've left some mirrors/shelves/etc. up in the unit for now. We'd be happy to leave them in the place for the new tenants if they felt they wanted (no charge), if not we'd take them down and patch/paint the holes.
