Resetting garbage disposals or circuit breakers
Battery-operated door bells
Towel bars and toilet paper holders (if tenant-caused damage)
Picture hooks and nail holes from tenant hanging items
Important Conditions:
1Tenant must notify Landlord promptly of any repair needed
2 If any repair exceeds $100.00 or affects the habitability of the property, Landlord will handle the repair at Landlord's expense
