Your room was recently remodeled (new paint and premium flooring). It is spacious (over 160 sqft) and equipped with bed, pillow, 10 cu refrigerator, a desk and a chair. The room has a window that faces East so it receives a lot of good sunlight in the morning, and the view outside of window is pretty day and night. The neighborhood is the most quiet we've ever lived in. We can't complain about the neighbors at all. I am a CPA, I work from home. We're Vietnamese and it is our culture to value family. We're open to people that can be open back to us and hopefully can treat our future renter as part of the family as we don't want a total stranger to live in our house. - My mom cooks very well and currently she is catering lunch for some local dental offices. My mom will use the kitchen most of the time. However, cooking shouldn't be something you'd be worried about. If you have other concerns regarding cooking, we can discuss further. - We consider ourselves quiet during the day, but during nighttime when the family is together, we may become "busier". We have friends over for a meal maybe 2-3 times a month on average. - We won't have a lot of requirements, just in general please be respectful, fairly quiet, keep your stuffs in your own room and maintain the cleanliness of your living environment. 12 months
