This cozy A-frame is located in the mountains near Black Hawk and Central City (just 10 minutes), about 35 minutes from Golden, and just under an hour from Boulder and Denver. The house is situated on 5 acres of private land, but is on a county maintained road (that is one of the first roads to get plowed). There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a large loft that could be used as a third bedroom, playroom, or office. There is a new dishwasher and over, and washer/dryer hook-ups. New manufactured hardwood in the bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room. The house has radiant heated floors and a wood burning stove, which keep the house nice a cozy all winder long. There is also a detached garage and we are open to our tenants having two medium dogs or one large dog. This would be a wonderful home for a small family or two professionals. We are seeking renters for a 1-year lease. The following are the responsibility of the tenants: - Utilities (must be set-up in your name) - Trash and recycling removal - Snow removal - Firewood PETS We allow two small/medium or one large dog(s). No cats are allowed. We do not charge a pet deposit, but any damage due to pet ownership will be the responsibility of the tenants. SMOKING No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the house. Evidence of smoking in the house will forfeit the full deposit upon departure.
