Small cozy clean little apartment on the first floor in a wonderful building, close to both hospitals, medical school and downtown. One bedroom and bath and a nice porch. Heat, water, recycling and garbage included and you pay your own electric. We have full time maintenance and the owners live next door. Very well lighted off street parking. We have a coin operated laundromat onsite and the County Market grocery store and CVS Drug store is about a block away. The damage deposit is the same as the rent and we do not accept Section 8. One pet is allowed for a monthly fee of $20.00. Owner pays heat, water, garbage and recycling and tenant pays electric.
