We have made numerous improvements on this home over the past 25 years. We have put permanent siding on, fenced in the spacious extra log, refurbished the hardwood floors on the main floor, put in a new hot water heater in 2014, a new furnace, central air, new roofing in 2014, finished the basement with a full bathroom, new flooring in the kitchen, two gas fireplace units, and built a 2.5 car garage with one of the stalls as a drive through option. We have also built a large permanent deck to connect the house and the large garage. We love this house.
