New, quiet, safe neighborhood perfect to visit any San Diego beach towns or cross the border and enjoy Mexico!! Full Rogue gym built in home! We have 3 balconies and two living rooms with a TV in each so there's plenty of entertainment and space for everyone. Brand new spacious fridge/freezer and brand new washer/dryer. We have an English Bulldog and a Persian kitty. They usually keeps to themselves or in my room, we don't allow them to be in your room just in case of allergies and cleanliness purposes. This room is for one guest only or for a couple for a 1-3 month lease. This room is completely furnished. My husband and I have owned the home for the last 7 years. He's in the military and I'm an insurance broker. We work alot and are very active with our hobbies when we get the chance. I do cook most of our meals so I'll be in the kitchen when I am home. We keep our home CLEAN. You're more than welcome to use what we have, just be respectful is all we ask. No pets. Room for one person only unless otherwise agreed on. Duration is flexible. 1-6 month stay and we can revisit that as often as you need to. All amenities and utilities are included so no separate costs/bills. We like to keep things simple and hassle-free. Parking is street parking (first come first serve). We have in unit laundry, central AC/heat. And the community is gated. We expect you to pitch in a normal amount with cleaning around the place-really just be a decent roommate and we're happy. We're easy people.
